Waffles
Mix together
1 1/2 cups ww flour
1 1/2 cup flour
2 Tbs baking powder
1-2 Tbs sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
Blend until smooth (no grittiness)
3 1/3 cups non dairy milk (may need more if batter is too thick)
1/3 cup cashews
1 tsp. vanilla extract
then add to dry ingredients
then add to dry ingredients
